Ingredients for 4 people
4 normal size veal cutlets
Aluminum foil
Marinade:
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped basil
1 teaspoon chives
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Mix all ingredients.
Preparation
Allow cutlets to sit in marinade for 24 hours. Heat the grill to medium heat. Place aluminum foil on grill, poking a few holes in foil. Spread a small amount of olive oil on foil to prevent cutlets from sticking. Put cutlets on for 3 minutes. You can spread more marinade on before turning if you desire. Turn meat to the other side for 3 minutes. Marinade again and turn meat again. Reduce to minimum heat. Turn a final time for 3 more minutes.
Serve with a summer salad for a light meal!
